TEST PRINCIPLE
Open the blister card and place the teststick together with ca. 0,8 ml serum into the blister chamber
Incubation
overnight at room temperature
Wash
10 minutes in distilled water
Incubation
1 hour in IgE specific conjugate at room temperature
Wash
2 x 10 minutes in distilled water
Incubation
15 minutes in chromogen solution at room temperature
Wash
5 minutes in distilled water and dry the teststick
Read the result with the assistance of the colour card.
