Rapid, exact and easy test system for the detection of luteinizing hormone (LH) in
urine to aid in the early detection of ovulation (Ovulation is the release of an egg
from the ovary).
With the INTEX-Ovulationstest® the LH-concentration is determined within a few minutes
in urine. Sexual intercourse within this time is advised.
The ovulation likely occurs within 40 hours after the LH-peak. It is important to know that
the LH surge and ovulation may not occur in every period. Your menstruation which
starts at usual time is not always a sign that the ovulation has taken place.
Usual period length of 28 days:
A positive result means your urine contains the level of LH that would indicate you are
beginning to ovulate. You can assume that you will ovulate in 24-48 hours.
In general, the first day you remarked the LH-peak and the following 1 ½ days are the
most fertile time to become pregnant.
